Our hotel accommodation at the St. Petersburg Hotel really exceeded all our expectations. Our room was spacious, very well furnished and clean. The view from the room was outstanding. We would certainly recommend the hotel to others visiting St. Petersburg.
When we arrived in St. Petersburg we were greeted by an individual (with a happy smiling face) holding a sign with our name on it; this was one of the highlights of our St. Petersburg experience. The young Lady (Lana) who met us at the airport was, also, to be our tour guide for most of our stay there. She was very knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and was enthusiastic in conducting her tour responsibilities. A pleasant individual to be associated with during the time of our tour. The tour guide and our driver were outstanding.
The Hermitage tours were very well arranged, were conducted in a professional manner and demonstrated effective use of available time. A personal driver, no requirement to stand in line for ticketing and entry plus personal guidance through the museum really enhanced our enjoyment of the Hermitage. It was evident that we were availing ourselves of a well managed tour plan which was executed utilizing exceptionally well qualified personnel.
Our sightseeing in about St. Petersburg was greatly enhanced by the additional three days added to the basic Hermitage Tour. The "Abramova" management team is to be commended for the manner that these tours were integrated to accommodate our special requirements - including last minute desires. We were impressed with the ease that Olga V. Abramova adapted to our wishes. The St. Petersburg office is a very capable operation.
Usually, we are independent travelers. The St. Petersburg Travel Tour was so exceptional, hassle-free and accommodating that we might become too accustomed to this regal treatment to travel on our own. The fact that your tour program was so well managed that we were able to enjoy the "sightseeing" without the distractions of having to cope with the travel logistics made the trip memorable.
St. Petersburg Travel is to commended for the establishment of the plan and organization that conducts the Hermitage Tour. Your clients certainly get a great return on their investment. Good management and dedicated program employee assets do result in a superior product. We certainly enjoyed our time in St. Petersburg.
Your brochures should make note that there is this element of personal interface between the offices in California and St. Petersburg. The consumer usually assumes that the travel agent is merely selling another product and wouldn't expect such personal service as the Manager of St. Petersburg Travel accompanying him to the theatre to make sure of his seating.  Thanks for a really great travel experience!"
